Dependant on the number of keyword phrases you have you should do the following. If you have 12 keywords or keyword phrases, it is very important that you create a web page for each of them. So let's say you create 12 separate pages on your website, you will end up with 12 different pages. You can only use one keyword per page. The keyword for which you are working will have to be strategically placed in specific positions on your webpage, and you cannot use multiple keywords successfully.
The best thing to do is to create a separate web page for each keyword and optimize that page for the keyword that you are working with. You only need to do this process once. Then when you are writing your articles, you should include a link to that specific page and the homepage in each of your articles that you write.
A lot of the article directories will allow you three or more links in your bio. If that is the case, you can simply place a link in each article to a different web page.
You have a choice in the type of web page that you create. You can create: a squeeze page, a duplicate of the homepage or an article page. As a beginner, the most important thing is to get a page up and running on your website. I personally create different articles and upload them to my website. If you do the same it is vitally important that none of the articles on your website can be used anywhere else over the internet. In other words you can not use web page articles for anything else.
If you are not happy with the page you have created, you can change it at a later date, but it's important for you to get something up to start generating your back links. The back links will not kick into action immediately, so the sooner you get these pages up, the sooner your can get the process working. This technique will help you in achieving improved search engine results.
